Job Description
Licensed Life Insurance Sales Representative engaging with warm leads in a remote setting. Focused on providing insurance coverage to individuals and families with efficient sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with individuals using advanced auto-dialing system to secure life insurance coverage.
- Guide customers through the sales process, overcome objections, and build trust.
- Deliver an efficient purchasing experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Provide peace of mind through the sale of innovative life insurance products.
- Collaborate with team members for a supportive sales organization.
Requirements:
- Active Life Insurance License preferred
- Prior insurance telesales, final expense, inbound insurance sales, or call-center sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven and performance-focused role
- Strong communication and rapport-building abilities
- Coachable mindset with willingness to adapt and improve
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology platforms simultaneously
- Dependable, self-motivated, and results-oriented
