Job Description
Marketing Project Manager managing workflows in the marketing design function at Tether. Collaborating across teams to ensure quality delivery of digital assets in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end workflow for marketing design projects, from intake and scoping through delivery and launch
- Define and document clear project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Prioritize incoming requests in partnership with Product and Development teams
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or blockers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, and Development teams
- Translate product and technical requirements into clear design and marketing briefs
- Facilitate regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback loops
- Oversee website launches and updates, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
- Establish and refine processes to improve efficiency in the marketing design workflow
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role
- Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success leading website and digital products launches
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working in a fully remote environment with global teams
- Background in tech, finance, or infrastructure-related industries is a plus
- Italian or Spanish fluency is a bonus.
