Job Description

Marketing Project Manager managing workflows in the marketing design function at Tether. Collaborating across teams to ensure quality delivery of digital assets in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end workflow for marketing design projects, from intake and scoping through delivery and launch
  • Define and document clear project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prioritize incoming requests in partnership with Product and Development teams
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or blockers
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business objectives
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, and Development teams
  • Translate product and technical requirements into clear design and marketing briefs
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback loops
  • Oversee website launches and updates, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
  • Establish and refine processes to improve efficiency in the marketing design workflow

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role
  • Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success leading website and digital products launches
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment with global teams
  • Background in tech, finance, or infrastructure-related industries is a plus
  • Italian or Spanish fluency is a bonus.
