Job Description

Outbound Sales Agent making calls to drive revenue growth at Expertise.com. Engaging prospects and closing deals in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by making outbound calls to assigned campaigns and leads.
  • Understand product offerings, sales processes, and engagement guidelines to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.
  • Engage leads in professional and persuasive phone conversations while maintaining a consultative approach.
  • Identify client needs, handle objections, and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Adapt quickly to new campaigns, products, and sales strategies.
  • Maintain clear and detailed records of interactions in CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to stakeholders.
  • Adapt to process updates and changing campaign goals.
  • Track and meet performance metrics and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain reliable equipment, tools, and connectivity.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year outbound sales or tele-sales experience, preferably remote.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable with CRM and remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Salesforce, ZenDesk, Notion).
