Outside Sales Representative for commercial HVAC, developing partnerships and solving problems across the U.S. Drive sales growth with innovative safety solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing market partners and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, present solutions, and provide product demonstrations.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage time and territory effectively.
  • Comfortable cold calling, presenting solutions, and visiting commercial sites.
  • Technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in commercial HVAC sales or detection technology is a plus.
