Job Description

Outside Sales Representative focusing on strategic business growth and client relationships in construction and utilities. Responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity and executing sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, utility, and municipal markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities within CRM.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue within a defined territory.
