Job Description
Paid Search Media Buyer managing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for clients. Recommending strategies, executing optimizations, and reporting results for client growth.
Responsibilities:
- manage client campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
- recommend strategies to the CEO
- execute agreed-upon optimizations
- monitor and report back on results
- responsible for achieving clients’ growth and efficiency goals
- daily pacing and performance checks
- bid optimization
- ad copy analysis and optimization
- keyword expansion
- negative mining
- product feed optimization
- account hygiene
- conversion tracking setup and calibration
- troubleshoot changes in performance
- contribute to forecasting and budgeting exercises
- weekly reporting and analysis
- ad hoc reporting as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Paid Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Display, YouTube, and other channel experience a plus
- Critical thinking
- Persuasive writing and use of data
- Time and project prioritization
- Consistently meet deadlines
- Effectively deploying budgets across campaigns and platforms
- Proactive with recommendations
- Understand statistical significance/confidence levels
- Understand and optimize marketing metrics and KPIs
- Google Analytics and other MarTech tools
- Keep up with current industry trends
- Push the envelope with new hypotheses and tests
- Familiar with Monday.com, Slack, Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides
