Job Description

Partnership Account Manager focusing on strategic channel partnerships for Spellbook, an AI copilot for transactional lawyers. Driving revenue growth through comprehensive partner development and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage new partnership prospects in the Channel Partnerships function
  • Drive partner-sourced opportunities, deal registrations and pipeline growth with Channel Partners
  • Educate and train partners on Spellbook’s offerings, value proposition and strategic vision
  • Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives and events to increase visibility and demand generation
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Channel Partners on registered deals
  • Support onboarding and activation of new channel partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor for each partner’s customers, providing insights on the legal industry’s trends and best practices
  • Do whatever is needed for partners to succeed, serving as their advocate inside Spellbook
  • Report regularly on partnership progress, pipeline metrics, and partner outcomes to leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to align partnerships with GTM priorities
  • Maintain accurate and clean pipeline, partner health, and CRM documentation in HubSpot

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Partner Sales, Business Development, Reseller Partnerships, Partnership Management, or Channel Partnerships
  • Proven experience working with and managing medium-high volume of channel partners
  • Exceptional recruitment and discovery skills, utilizing a consultative approach to drive partnerships and sales
  • Demonstrated history as a top performer, consistently exceeding aggressive targets and quotas
  • Superior organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active and effective listening
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Highly effective cross-functional collaborator, adept at building strong internal relationships across all departments
  • Must be able to travel
