Job Description
Partnerships Manager responsible for onboarding and managing partnerships to drive revenue for Maropost. Focused on building relationships and collaboration across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and foster new partnerships to support Maropost’s growth strategy
- Manage end to end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration
- Act as the main liaison between Maropost and its partners and manage all inquiries with urgency
- Act as a support for other partnership team members
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of industry trends and identify potential areas of improvement
- Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and to define new GTM (Go to Market) strategies
- Foster and leverage relationships with senior leaders to support future growth initiatives
- Ensure partners are enabled and engaged in promoting the Maropost platform
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in partner management or key account management
- You have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building relationships
- Previous SaaS experience
- Exposure to eCcommerce products is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, this is a highly visible role
- Level of comfort with managing multiple stakeholders, internal and external both technical and non-technical
- Ability to adapt in a fast-growing organisation
