Job Description
HR lead for DACH, Benelux, and Nordics, advising on labor laws and executing people strategies at Veeam Software. Focus on compliance and translating global HR initiatives into country-specific actions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the HR lead for DACH, Benelux and the Nordics, acting as the primary contact for all HR matters.
- Advise people managers and business-aligned HR partners on local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies for all assigned countries.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations to manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
- Support people managers with employee life-cycle activities (e.g., annual compensation reviews, performance ratings, hiring, data management).
- Implement global People & Culture programs locally, and drive employee engagement and workplace satisfaction initiatives.
- Monitor and report on HR KPIs, trends, and risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices across Southern Europe, with particular expertise in French labor law
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- High attention to detail and accuracy in execution
- Progressive HR experience
- Experience in matrixed or multinational organizations is a strong plus
- Fluent in English and German
