Job Description

Performance Marketing Manager leading digital marketing strategy at Cortica. Overseeing campaigns, budgets, and analytics for healthcare marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall digital performance marketing strategy across paid search (SEM), paid social, display, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, budgeting, implementation, and optimization to meet performance KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Establish and manage comprehensive digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Guide website content, design, and user experience initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to implement SEO best practices.
  • Oversee data-driven email marketing for healthcare providers.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and spearhead the adoption of innovative approaches and tools.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with multi-unit and/or healthcare experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven expertise in leading and scaling digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and more.
  • Strong command of SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and analytics.
  • Advanced experience in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, CRM systems, and campaign management platforms.
  • Extensive experience with Excel required for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and pivot strategy to improve performance and optimize ROI.
  • Demonstrated experience with conversion rate optimization and digital marketing funnel management.
  • Advanced knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Agency background a plus.
