Job Description

Program Marketing Manager responsible for executing partner-driven demand generation for a cybersecurity firm. Collaborating on AWS MDF initiatives and optimizing campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute AWS MDF-funded and partner co-marketing programs end-to-end.
  • Ensure available partner funding and resources are translated into high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Run webinars, content syndication, events, and email campaigns in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Oversee third-party campaign providers and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Measure campaign success through MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact.
  • Optimize campaign performance to improve return on investment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on program marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation.
  • Direct experience managing MDF or co-marketing programs, with AWS experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns including webinars, events, content syndication, and email.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience working with third-party campaign vendors and platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking pipeline and campaign ROI.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
