Job Description
RCM Account Manager specializing in client relationships for Nextech at Assembly Health. Monitoring revenue cycle performance and providing operational oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Nextech clients
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and execute action plans to improve financial outcomes for clients
- Investigate and resolve client issues related to claims and payments
Requirements:
- 5+ years in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare account management
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Nextech EMR Software
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, insurance verification, and reimbursement processes
- 3+ years’ experience in supervising staff
