Job Description
Revenue Cycle Account Manager at Assembly Health serving as a liaison for physician clients. Responsible for managing client relationships, driving satisfaction, and ensuring delivery of RCM services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Denial Rates, and Net Collections
- Conduct regular client meetings to align on financial goals
- Develop and execute action plans to improve financial outcomes for clients
- Investigate and resolve client issues related to claims and payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely claims submission and follow-ups
Requirements:
- 5+ years in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare account management
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or equivalent years of professional experience
- Familiarity with RCM software (e.g., NextGen, Athena, eClinicalWorks, Waystar)
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), insurance verification, and reimbursement processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Experience with financial reports, data analysis, and KPI tracking
- 3+ years' experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions
