Job Description

Revenue Cycle Account Manager at Assembly Health serving as a liaison for physician clients. Responsible for managing client relationships, driving satisfaction, and ensuring delivery of RCM services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Denial Rates, and Net Collections
  • Conduct regular client meetings to align on financial goals
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve financial outcomes for clients
  • Investigate and resolve client issues related to claims and payments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely claims submission and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare account management
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or equivalent years of professional experience
  • Familiarity with RCM software (e.g., NextGen, Athena, eClinicalWorks, Waystar)
  • Strong understanding of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), insurance verification, and reimbursement processes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Experience with financial reports, data analysis, and KPI tracking
  • 3+ years' experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions
