Job Description
Recruiting Coordinator at Dandy coordinating interviews and enhancing candidate experience. Support operational initiatives to improve recruiting efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring calendars are accurate and up-to-date.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and support.
- Maintain accurate interview plans and candidate data in Ashby ATS.
- Anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members, providing quick and thoughtful solutions.
- Collaborate with recruiters and the Recruiting Operations team to improve processes and drive recruiting efficiency.
- Support projects aimed at enhancing candidate engagement and strengthening our inclusive hiring practices.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of recruiting or operations experience in a high-growth, diverse organization.
- Experience using an ATS.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and ramping up quickly with available support.
- Experience improving recruiting operations.
- Passion for continuous learning and growth in recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
