Job Description
Regional Business Development Manager driving net-new commercial growth at Towne Park. Focused on proactive prospecting and building relationships in the commercial parking landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Drive net-new commercial growth for Towne Park through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and disciplined deal execution.
- Identify and convert new opportunities within the commercial parking landscape by building trust-based relationships with property owners, developers, asset managers, and operators in highly competitive markets.
- Collaborate closely with internal proposal, finance, and operations teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Represent Towne Park at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to increase market visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in commercial sales preferred
- 2-4 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven success in a quota-carrying role
- Experience selling services or solutions into commercial real estate, hospitality, or distributed services environment
- Strong prospecting and cold outreach capability
- Comfortable working within structured sales processes
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills; able to influence senior decision-makers.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while driving focused, data-driven sales strategies.
- Self-starter with high energy, adaptability, and a performance-oriented mindset; thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments, and fanatical prospector
