Job Description

Regional Business Development Manager focused on commercial growth through relationship building and deal execution at Towne Park.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving net-new commercial growth for Towne Park through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and disciplined deal execution
  • Focused on identifying and converting new opportunities within the commercial parking landscape by building trust-based relationships with property owners, developers, asset managers, and operators
  • Collaborates closely with internal proposal, finance, and operations teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, timely follow-up, and disciplined sales execution to consistently achieve individual revenue targets
  • Represent Towne Park at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to increase market visibility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in commercial sales preferred
  • 2-4 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience selling services or solutions into commercial real estate, hospitality, or distributed services environment
  • Strong prospecting and cold outreach capability
  • Comfortable working within structured sales processes
  • Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
  • Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills; able to influence senior decision-makers
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while driving focused, data-driven sales strategies
  • Self-starter with high energy, adaptability, and a performance-oriented mindset; thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
