Job Description
RPO Recruiter managing end-to-end hiring and talent sourcing for Atrium’s workforce management and talent solutions business. Partnering with clients, hiring managers, and HR teams.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement individual hiring strategies across all business areas within the Client
- Use recruitment expertise and external best practices to decrease agency dependency, enhance the Client’s employer brand, and support business objectives
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for hiring managers, candidates, and HR Business Partners
- Initiate and support recruitment process improvements
- Act as a strategic talent acquisition business partner and subject matter expert with key stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership in talent acquisition and sourcing strategy
- Develop and deliver Client-responsive, cost-effective, and measurable solutions to recruitment challenges
- Source, identify, and secure key talent for the organization
- Develop and monitor strategies for businesses and locations to optimize resource utilization and performance against agreed SLAs
- Support management of the annual recruitment budget and recruiting program expenses
- Conduct regular meetings with the Client and its teams
- Report onboarding status
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Experience in fast-paced, creative companies strongly preferred
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent key stakeholder management and engagement skills with a professional approach to recruitment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Excellent writing and organizational skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and work effectively in a remote or home-office environment
- Ability to work remotely, or if commutable to the Westerville, OH or Jacksonville, FL office, on a hybrid schedule
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
