Job Description
Sales BDR supporting the sales team in managing leads and maintaining structured CRM data. Conducting research and ensuring opportunities for lead qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming leads
- Conduct research on companies and potential clients
- Perform initial lead qualification based on defined criteria
- Maintain accurate and organized information in CRM (Pipedrive)
- Structure and prepare lead data for the sales team
- Ensure CRM data is complete, accurate, and well-organized
- Follow established processes and instructions for lead management
Requirements:
- Is responsible and detail-oriented
- Can follow processes and instructions carefully
- Values structure and organization in CRM and data
- Can quickly research and gather information about companies
- Works in a systematic and organized way
- Is comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Can communicate in English (written communication)
- Nice to have: Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
- Nice to have: Experience in lead research, lead qualification, or sales support
- Nice to have: Experience using LinkedIn or other research tools
