Job Description
Sales Development Representative generating qualified pipeline for Grafana Labs’ open-source observability platform. Engaging prospects through inbound follow-up, research, email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain knowledge of Grafana Labs technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends
- Follow up on inbound leads
- Conduct proactive outreach to target-account leads through email, social media, and phone
- Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management and research
- Research, prioritise, and customise outreach to target prospects via email and LinkedIn
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals and provide appropriate resources
- Communicate how Grafana can help prospects
- Meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
- Help users and prospects navigate their Grafana journey and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication style
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise many tasks and demands
- Resourceful and proactive in a constantly evolving environment
- Team-first attitude and commitment to quality
- Ability to use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management and research
- Ability to use AI as a tool to improve productivity
- Openness to feedback and coaching
- Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn about Grafana Labs, its community, and industry
- Willingness to take on tasks of any size with a focus on quality
