  • Make 60–80 outbound calls per day using the approved call script

  • Qualify inbound marketing leads and route sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives within 24 hours
  • Research target accounts and contacts to personalize outreach while following the qualification structure
  • Follow the lead generation call script verbatim and use approved rebuttals

  • Log every call outcome, contact field, and disposition in HubSpot immediately after each interaction
  • Maintain a 95%+ CRM field completion rate and resolve flagged records within 48 hours
  • Surface data anomalies to Sales Operations and contribute to weekly pipeline data reviews
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on account prioritization and handoff quality
  • Participate in weekly AE-SDR syncs and share objection patterns and market intelligence
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings booked and sales-qualified opportunities created

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing role (SDR/BDR experience strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable being first and operating without peer SDRs to benchmark against
  • Demonstrated ability to follow a structured process consistently
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to handle objections using approved rebuttals
  • Strong CRM discipline and experience logging calls, contacts, and dispositions in real time
  • Comfort with high call volume and sustaining energy and script adherence through a full calling block
  • Constructive feedback orientation and ability to translate process observations into concrete suggestions
  • Detail-oriented approach to catching and recovering from errors
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with call recording tools such as Gong or Chorus is strongly preferred

Benefits:

  • Minimal overnight travel
