Job Description

Sales Development Representative responsible for lead generation and prospecting for Trustwell's growth. Collaborating closely with Sales teams to develop strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, prospecting, and business development.
  • As an SDR, you will prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities to support the overall growth of the business in the US and select international markets.
  • You'll be the first line of contact in generating new opportunities for the business and play a major role in the growth of our company.

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • 1 plus years' experience in software sales
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Prospecting experience selling software into new markets
  • Process oriented and very organized
  • Ability to productively work remotely
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proactive mindset
  • Experience utilizing technology to research and prospect effectively (ie. LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Salesloft)
  • Fearless and have a never give up attitude
  • Easily build credibility with potential buyers
  • Work effectively within Sales Team
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
