Job Description
Executivo(a) de Vendas managing labor contracts closure for ex-employees. Performing client orientation and utilizing legal tools for secure and agile processes.
Responsibilities:
- Close labor contracts with a focus on claimant clients (former employees)
- Attend to and advise potential clients in a clear, empathetic, and objective manner
- Use legal and client-service tools to manage the process safely and efficiently
- Record and monitor the progress of client interactions in the firm’s legal case management system
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Currently studying law or a law graduate
- Strong communication skills and active listening
- Ability to learn quickly and follow processes
- Proactive, organized, and committed
