Job Description
Sales Executive focused on meetings and conferences at CONTORA Office Solutions. You'll actively engage new clients and enhance utilisation of our conference spaces across Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Active sales of our conference and meeting spaces across Germany
- Identification and outreach to new corporate clients
- Telephone-based customer acquisition to generate new leads
- Conducting initial consultations and advising potential clients
- Preparing and following up on proposals
- Customer support and account management
- Servicing both existing and new clients
- Building long-term business relationships
- Coordinating customer inquiries through to successful booking
- Maintaining sales platforms
- Maintaining and updating online portals for the distribution of our products
- Ensuring up-to-date content, offers and availability
- Assisting with the optimal presentation of our spaces
- Supporting the Sales team
- Assisting with day-to-day sales operations
- Maintaining CRM systems and sales data
- Providing holiday cover within the Sales team
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or degree (e.g., Sales, Event Management, Hospitality, Real Estate or equivalent)
- Some experience in sales, ideally in meetings, events, hospitality or office space leasing
- Comfortable with new-client acquisition and telephone outreach
- Strong communication skills and a confident, persuasive manner
- Structured and independent working style
- Customer-focused with a strong sales orientation
- Excellent German skills and good English skills
- Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems
