Job Description
Virtual Sales Executive at Restaurant Supply assisting the best-in-class sales team and e-commerce store while providing excellent customer service without cold calling.
Responsibilities:
- Call and check lead times for items directly with factories, ensuring accurate and timely information is relayed to the sales team and customers.
- Obtain order updates and track shipments, providing valuable customers with timely and precise tracking information.
- Assist in entering orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the order processing phase.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to confirm their satisfaction with the products and services received, addressing any concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team with various tasks as needed to facilitate the growth of sales, including administrative support, data entry, and customer service efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Customer Service or Sales experience.
- 5+ Years of Foodservice or kitchen equipment experience.
- Excellent proficiency in English must be able to speak and write fluent English.
- High interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on effectiveness in cross-functional team collaboration.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Netsuite) and Microsoft Office products (Excel).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.
