Job Description
Sales Manager for McCube developing regional sales networks and managing client relationships in modular housing. Opportunity for entrepreneurial growth in a sustainable building market.
Responsibilities:
- Active sales of our modular home solutions (B2B & B2C)
- Build and maintain a regional customer network (investors, developers, companies, municipalities, private clients)
- Advise prospects from initial contact through contract signing
- Present our system at client meetings and events
- Closely coordinate with planning, technical and project execution teams
- Independent market and territory development
Requirements:
- Sales experience (ideally in construction, real estate, capital goods, or technically complex products)
- Entrepreneurial mindset & independent working style
- Strong communication skills, confident negotiation skills & closing orientation
- Basic technical understanding or a strong willingness to learn
- Existing network is an advantage (not required)
- Enthusiasm for sustainable construction & modular concepts
