Job Description
Sales Representative managing strategic customer portfolios in the IT sector for TIM AG. The role involves customer engagement, training, and strategic sales plan development.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage a strategic customer portfolio in the Central/Eastern Germany region
- You maintain and further develop existing customer and vendor/manufacturer contacts and proactively expand these relationships
- You identify potential new customers, actively reach out to them and qualify them for our portfolio
- You present our comprehensive vendor and product portfolio as well as our TIM services to customers on-site and digitally
- You organize and deliver partner training—practical, professional and customer-oriented
- You develop strategic sales plans, identify growth opportunities and implement targeted measures for business development
- You proactively cultivate value-oriented relationships with key decision-makers—with foresight and tact
- You will be supported by a committed inside sales team with whom you will maintain close collaboration
Requirements:
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for IT solutions
- Experience in sales or channel management—ideally within the IT sector
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., IT systems management clerk, industrial clerk) or a degree in a technical or business discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics)
- Strong communication skills, initiative and organizational talent
- Enjoyment of customer contact, strategic thinking and teamwork
- A high degree of independence, personal responsibility and reliability
- Excellent relationship management and good presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- High willingness to travel
- Fluent German and good English skills
