Job Description
Sales representative managing B2B accounts for Niebling, a leading brush manufacturer in North Germany. Focusing on client acquisition and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Independent planning and implementation of sales activities within your sales territory
- Presentation and sale of our products/services on-site at the customer's premises
- Active new customer acquisition as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities
- Advise and support customers with tailored solutions
- Participation in trade shows, events and customer meetings
- Accurate documentation of sales activities in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Sales experience in B2B field sales
- Strong communication skills and negotiation aptitude
- Independent, structured way of working and a high level of self-motivation
- Basic IT skills
- German: business fluent; English: practical working proficiency
- Valid driving licence (Class B)
