Job Description

Sales representative managing B2B accounts for Niebling, a leading brush manufacturer in North Germany. Focusing on client acquisition and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Independent planning and implementation of sales activities within your sales territory
  • Presentation and sale of our products/services on-site at the customer's premises
  • Active new customer acquisition as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities
  • Advise and support customers with tailored solutions
  • Participation in trade shows, events and customer meetings
  • Accurate documentation of sales activities in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in B2B field sales
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation aptitude
  • Independent, structured way of working and a high level of self-motivation
  • Basic IT skills
  • German: business fluent; English: practical working proficiency
  • Valid driving licence (Class B)
