Job Description
Sales Representative for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, focusing on growth in life sciences and customer relationship management. Engaging with operational and marketing teams to drive sales initiatives and territories.
Responsibilities:
- Build KPIs to constantly challenge your individual performance to meet the sales targets established for your territory
- Promote strong interaction with operational areas of BEC LS - Applications, Marketing & Administration and Services
- Establish and maintain relationship at all levels with customers to leverage contacts, information and maximize their experience
- Implement strategic initiatives, building a solid action plan to ensure execution
- Drive sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to accelerate lead management, including expanding customer visibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine, Biology, Pharmacy or related areas
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Sciences and/or Clinical market
- Proven experience with Sales Funnel Management, preferably SFDC
- Ability to travel – 50 % travel, overnight, within territory or other locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience with Flow Cytometry sales and applications
- English advanced level / minimum of intermediate level
