Job Description

Sales Representative acquiring new customers within the floral industry in Europe for SaaS ERP solutions. Engaging prospects through various outreach methods for lead generation and demo execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads within the floral industry in Europe, targeting growers, wholesalers, and retailers in need of an ERP solution.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and painpoints.
  • Perform demos to prospects.
  • Design and execute outbound email campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Proactively make cold calls and follow-ups to generate meetings and interest in Axerrio's ERP software.
  • Represent Koronet at key floral industry events (virtual and in-person) to network and generate leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing and Implementations teams to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and ensure a smooth transition of new clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads and activities within the CRM system.
  • Gaining insights into new product features and effectively selling them to customers.
  • Independently optimizing activities and processes to achieve your sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Has at least 6 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets in quota-carrying sales roles selling SaaS solutions in a European B2B market.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in commercial economics, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Has experience in enterprise SaaS and e-commerce sales; experience in floriculture is a plus.
  • Is skilled in using CRM, Sales outreach, and automation tools.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is fluent in English (required) and Dutch (preferable), both spoken and written (other European languages are a plus).
