Job Description

Sales Representative driving client acquisition and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams at Superfeet. Focused on fostering relationships and utilizing data-driven insights to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research
  • Develop and execute realistic, data-driven go-to-market plans and forecasts in collaboration with sales management
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients, positioning as a trusted advisor
  • Manage the buy-sell-replenish cycle with retail partners
  • Use PowerBI and other tools to track and analyze key metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Travel regionally and nationally to visit accounts and participate in consumer events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail or wholesale
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Experience in sporting goods, fitness, wellness, or athletics is a plus
  • Specific knowledge in footwear or foot biomechanics a strong advantage
