Job Description

Sales Representative driving sales growth for Snap-Tite Hose product lines in assigned territory. Responsible for customer relationship building and executing sales strategies with strong market awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving sales growth of product lines within designated territory.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Developing strong customer relationships and executing effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends in the CRM.
  • Achieving sales targets by identifying new customers and expanding business with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferably in manufacturing or similar industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in outside sales required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with no major driving violations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with company goals and sales strategies.
