Job Description

Lead non-acute spend management strategy for Vizient's healthcare clients, optimizing spend and supporting long-term growth. Serve as trusted advisor leveraging insights and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead non-acute spend management strategy and execution across assigned client accounts.
  • Align Vizient solutions to client priorities to drive measurable value.
  • Identify and implement initiatives that deliver client value and achieve growth targets.
  • Expand client engagement to support long-term account growth.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on non-labor spend challenges and maintain ongoing engagement.
  • Partner across internal teams to deliver a seamless One Vizient experience.
  • Leverage analytics, business intelligence, and market insights to guide decision-making.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and communicate value delivered to clients.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or consultative client-facing roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare supply chain, GPO environments, and non-acute markets.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and consultative communication skills.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and driving revenue growth initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
