Job Description

Senior Account Manager at Samsung Electronics, driving B2B sales and market growth in the Retail industry. Building client relationships, executing strategies, and enhancing customer experience through Samsung’s B2B solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure new revenue, build end customer relationships and grow Samsung market share
  • Focus on maintaining and growing business in the Retail industry
  • Develop near-term and long-term solution and GTM strategies
  • Drive awareness and maintain working knowledge of Samsung’s B2B product portfolio
  • Understand and leverage the customer’s funding and budgeting process
  • Develop relationships with end customers/users/decision makers, influencers, and key stakeholders
  • Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of successful sales experience
  • Sound business acumen with professional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Operational knowledge working on a CRM platform
  • Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills are a must
  • Ability to work independently and travel within assigned geographic territory (up to 50% of the time)
