Job Description
Senior Account Manager growing EnerSys’ Bren-Tronics defense battery business across Europe. Building strategic accounts and international opportunities with military, government, OEM, and defense customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic defense accounts across the world
- Develop new business opportunities with OEMs, military organizations, government agencies, and defense industry customers
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Represent EnerSys and Bren-Tronics at major defense exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings worldwide
- Monitor market trends, defense programs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities across international markets
Requirements:
- Experience in account management, sales, or business development within the defense sector
- Strong understanding of defense markets and procurement environments, ideally across multiple international regions
- Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technologies, including low-voltage and high-voltage systems, would be a strong advantage
- Experience with military vehicle, electrification, or UGV-related applications is highly valued
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive business growth in complex sales environments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across international teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis
