Job Description

Senior Business Development Executive driving pipeline growth in Non-DI athletics for Teamworks. Building relationships with Athletic Directors and transforming athletic programs while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistent pipeline and revenue growth by building relationships with Athletic Directors
  • Own the complete sales process from prospecting to contract execution
  • Conduct 40-50 meaningful prospect conversations per quarter
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with 3-4x coverage of quarterly quota
  • Represent Teamworks at industry conferences

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience serving in a senior-level athletic administration role at a Non-DI institution
  • Direct experience purchasing and implementing Teamworks products
  • Comprehensive understanding of athletic department operations
  • Proven ability to build authentic relationships with Athletic Directors
  • Track record of meeting performance targets in a competitive environment
