Job Description

Senior Campaign Manager at Searchperts overseeing Google Ads for large e-commerce clients. Focusing on performance optimization and collaboration with internal teams to achieve campaign goals.

Responsibilities:

  • You operationally optimize the Google Ads accounts of our growth clients (primarily Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and where applicable Display/Video/Demand Gen).
  • You manage budgets and bidding strategies aligned to clearly defined goals (ROAS, POAS, CPA, CR, profitability).
  • You develop clean, scalable campaign and feed structures along the customer journey.
  • You analyze performance data, identify patterns and derive concrete optimization measures and tests that you implement directly in the account.
  • You test levers such as custom labels, audience signals, margin logic and creatives — and convert winning setups into stable standards.
  • You work closely with Account Management, Copy, Design and Tracking — your focus is always on impact rather than busywork.

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, ideally in an e-commerce or performance environment.
  • Solid understanding of Search, Shopping and, ideally, PMax campaigns.
  • Confident handling of metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, AOV; POAS/profit thinking is a plus.
  • Ideally some experience with feed optimization, custom labels, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity or CRO/A/B testing.
  • Strong eye for data, audiences, budgets and creatives — you think in levers, not actions.
  • Structured working style, high quality awareness and well-documented setups.
  • Willingness to learn, open to feedback and eager to develop both professionally and personally.
  • Friendly, empathetic, modest — with very strong communication and organizational skills.
