Job Description

Senior Enablement Specialist improving Customer Success and Renewals onboarding for Samsara’s IoT-connected operations platform. Designing scalable training programs, eLearning, workshops, and AI-led learning activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with front-line managers and Directors to uplevel existing Customer Success and Implementations Enablement programs
  • Design a scalable, engaging ongoing enablement program for remote audiences informed by industry best practices
  • Build multi-modal training content, including eLearning, virtual workshops, and AI-led activities
  • Continuously improve training content using data-driven insights, learner feedback, and internal product and process changes
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience developing, coordinating, and facilitating training sessions for audiences of 20+ learners, virtually and/or live
  • Demonstrable experience building educational curricula that guide learners through their learning journey
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language
  • Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-exception environment
  • Multilingual and/or experience working with global audiences is an advantage
  • Background in Customer Success, Professional Services, Account Management, Operations, or Program Management is an advantage
  • Ability to excel in an autonomous working environment
  • Experience managing LMS and CMS platforms is an advantage
  • Relocation assistance is not provided
  • Must reside in the United States, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area
