Job Description
Value Stream Fulfillment Leader ensuring on-time delivery of Gas Power equipment for GE Vernova. Leading supplier improvement, Lean problem-solving, and cross-functional execution to reduce delivery risk.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution responsibilities for assigned MSD/HRSG equipment
- Engage with Engineering, Commodity Leaders, Buyers, Suppliers, Logistics, and Project Teams
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving and Lean initiatives to identify systemic causes of delivery delays
- Perform root cause analysis on late items and lead improvement actions on top drivers
- Lead supplier improvement activities directly with suppliers
- Develop tracking routines with key suppliers to improve delivery-risk forecasting
- Support and lead long-term corrective actions for relevant NCRs
- Develop and implement concurrent-engineering frameworks where necessary to meet cycle requirements
- Serve as approval representative for engineering change orders
- Support detailed action plans addressing escalated items affecting site/contract delivery and liquidated damages
- Establish operating routines to identify and resolve issues delaying PO placement, vendor-to-vendor integration, supplier delivery, and logistics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of Sourcing, Projects, Lean, or Supply Chain Management experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 20–30%
- Recent experience in Gas Power Systems MSD/BOP/HRSG sourcing or project teams
- 5+ years of experience with Power Generation products
- Strong motivation and influencing skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to operate with global suppliers and team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills

- Experience with commercial contracts
