Job Description

Value Stream Fulfillment Leader ensuring on-time delivery of Gas Power equipment for GE Vernova. Leading supplier improvement, Lean problem-solving, and cross-functional execution to reduce delivery risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution responsibilities for assigned MSD/HRSG equipment
  • Engage with Engineering, Commodity Leaders, Buyers, Suppliers, Logistics, and Project Teams
  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving and Lean initiatives to identify systemic causes of delivery delays
  • Perform root cause analysis on late items and lead improvement actions on top drivers
  • Lead supplier improvement activities directly with suppliers
  • Develop tracking routines with key suppliers to improve delivery-risk forecasting
  • Support and lead long-term corrective actions for relevant NCRs
  • Develop and implement concurrent-engineering frameworks where necessary to meet cycle requirements
  • Serve as approval representative for engineering change orders
  • Support detailed action plans addressing escalated items affecting site/contract delivery and liquidated damages
  • Establish operating routines to identify and resolve issues delaying PO placement, vendor-to-vendor integration, supplier delivery, and logistics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of Sourcing, Projects, Lean, or Supply Chain Management experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 20–30%
  • Recent experience in Gas Power Systems MSD/BOP/HRSG sourcing or project teams
  • 5+ years of experience with Power Generation products
  • Strong motivation and influencing skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate with global suppliers and team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
