Job Description

Marketing and US business development intern launching SyncVR’s XR healthcare platform. Supporting CEO-led prospecting, outreach, content creation, and early-stage go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify key decision-makers at target pediatric hospitals using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools.
  • Write prospect messages and execute outreach sequences to help the CEO secure initial meetings.
  • Create reels from ideation and scripting through posting.
  • Manage a SyncVR social media channel and review performance.
  • Increase SyncVR’s reach.
  • Execute the entire early-stage US go-to-market plan alongside the CEO and Marketing interns.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's program or actively pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • Available for a minimum of 2 days (16+ hours) per week for 4–6 months.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; native or near-native fluency is mandatory for US-facing content and executive communication.
  • Talented self-starter who takes ownership and operates independently in a remote, high-accountability setting.
  • Highly proactive, results-oriented, and capable of delivering measurable results autonomously.
  • Ideally, experience producing professional video content such as Instagram reels.
  • Strong familiarity with, or declared interest in, the US healthcare system and healthtech ecosystem is a bonus.
