Job Description

Senior business development leader shaping cyber growth for SAIC, a defense and technology mission integrator. Driving USCYBERCOM, Air Force, and agency cyber opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cyber-focused growth strategy for USCYBERCOM, Air Force cyber organizations, Agency-level cyber entities, and the broader DAJM portfolio
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior cyber leaders and key decision-makers
  • Identify, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of cyber-focused opportunities
  • Identify and pursue opportunities aligned with USCYBERCOM, 16th Air Force, DISA, OSW, and Joint Staff needs
  • Shape innovative cyber solutions using expertise in Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, SOC/SIEM/SOAR, endpoint security, cloud security, and vulnerability management
  • Apply cyber threat intelligence to opportunity strategy and customer engagement
  • Guide opportunity identification, competitive assessments, and price-to-win strategies
  • Oversee proposal strategies and win themes tailored to cyber customer needs
  • Participate in senior-level reviews, strategic planning sessions, and customer engagements
  • Translate cyber domain challenges into broader mission-focused and enterprise solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development success in the cyber domain
  • Hands-on knowledge of Zero Trust, Identity Management, IAM/PAM, SOC/SIEM/SOAR, endpoint security, cloud security, vulnerability management, and cyber threat intelligence
  • Strong understanding of NIST frameworks, Risk Management Framework (RMF), FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC/NIST 800-171, and DFARS cybersecurity requirements
  • Active relationships and strong professional reputation within the cyber community at Service, Agency, and Combatant Command levels
  • Comprehensive understanding of missions, structures, acquisition strategies, and cyber program priorities of USCYBERCOM, Air Force cyber organizations, and/or Agency-level cyber entities
  • Substantial experience shaping cyber solutions for complex operational and technical challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and grow large-scale business opportunities in defense cyber solutions, IT modernization, and secure communications markets
  • Experience translating complex cyber requirements into enterprise-level mission outcomes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop customer and industry relationships
  • Bachelor's degree and 15 years' experience required
  • Substantial experience in defense-focused business development and cyber solutions
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI preferred or ability to upgrade
  • Advanced degrees and relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM highly valued
  • Equivalent industry expertise may be considered in lieu of a degree
