Job Description
Sales Leader managing a sales team to achieve targets and drive growth for Genesys. Collaborating with marketing and operations to align sales objectives with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven success mentoring and coaching
- Experience closing complex deals that are at least $300k or greater (including multiple stakeholders, geographies, multiple departments).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use sales data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to interpret and penetrate market through a multi-pronged and multi-routed sales approach
- Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 30-40% travel required
