Job Description

Sr. Manager leading public cloud strategy, design, and governance for enterprise clients. Overseeing AWS, Azure, and GCP initiatives with a focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the organization’s public cloud strategy and modernization roadmap aligned to business objectives
  • Lead the design, engineering, and optimization of scalable, resilient, and secure cloud platforms
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of cloud programs, including planning, execution, governance, and reporting
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cloud and engineering teams; manage strategic vendors and partners
  • Partner with security teams to ensure cloud security, compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation
  • Oversee incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity for cloud platforms
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure stakeholder satisfaction, transparency, and delivery excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement through standardized frameworks, metrics, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, SAFe, etc.) are a strong advantage
  • Hands-on leadership experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP; OCI exposure is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering concepts
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile / SAFe methodologies, and modern delivery practices
  • Working knowledge of Linux administration and cloud-native operations
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Proven experience in program and portfolio management for large, multi‑project cloud initiatives
  • Strong capabilities in budgeting, cost optimization, and financial governance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Demonstrated strength in people leadership, coaching, and talent development
  • Ability to operate effectively in environments undergoing change and transformation.
