Job Description
Senior Microsoft Ads PPC Specialist for WindshieldHUB, managing large-scale campaigns across 80+ U.S. markets. Requires extensive experience and expertise in PPC strategy and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and scale Microsoft Ads Search campaigns across 80+ U.S. markets.
- Develop advanced keyword strategies, including segmentation, expansion, and negative controls.
- Maintain scalable campaign structures organized by city, state, and service category.
- Optimize daily for ROAS, CPL, CPA, quality score, conversion rate, and call-driven KPIs.
- Write and test high-performing ad copy and extensions.
- Implement accurate conversion tracking, attribution frameworks, and UTM structures.
- Run ongoing A/B tests across bidding strategies, ads, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy proactively.
- Generate weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with our Google Ads Specialist for unified cross-platform strategy.
- Identify and leverage new Microsoft Ads features, tools, and targeting capabilities.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of direct, hands-on Microsoft Ads PPC experience.
- Proven success managing multi-market national campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to increase lead volume while lowering CPL/CPA.
- Expertise in bidding strategies, geo-targeting, quality score optimization, audience layering, tracking & attribution.
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, analytics tools, and data interpretation.
- Strong English writing skills for ad copy.
- Ability to execute optimizations quickly and accurately.
