Job Description
Product marketing manager positioning Redis’s real-time data platform for developers, architects, and technical buyers. Creating launches, technical content, sales enablement, and cloud-partner go-to-market programs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new product launches and features.
- Own the launch narrative through sales enablement and demand generation execution.
- Use AI to scale marketing efforts and insights.
- Enable the sales team through content creation, delivery, and continuous learning.
- Create technical blogs, solution briefs, competitive comparisons, webinars, and launch assets across the funnel.
- Work with AWS, GCP, and Azure partners on joint messaging, co-marketing assets, and go-to-market plays.
- Run market and customer research to sharpen ICP understanding and inform positioning and product roadmap discussions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain a revenue-oriented go-to-market approach.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, including experience marketing developer-facing or data infrastructure products.
- Ability to understand technical details from PRDs and translate them into credible messaging for developers, architects, and technical decision-makers.
- Strong content skills, including writing technical blog posts and persuasive presentations for engineering leaders.
- Experience with product positioning, launch planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques that scale product marketing efforts.
- Background in database, data platform, or AI infrastructure space is nice to have.
- Experience with hyperscaler partner co-sell or co-marketing programs is nice to have.
- Familiarity with PLG and enterprise sales motions is nice to have.
- Experience building or using agents in workflows is nice to have.
- Prior revenue support experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer success is nice to have.
- Ability to complete a background check as a condition of employment.
