Job Description
Senior Program Analyst evaluating effectiveness of suicide prevention programs for Veterans Affairs. Analyzing outcomes and creating actionable recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and evaluation of suicide prevention program effectiveness
- Design and execute program reviews and performance assessments
- Develop comprehensive program reports, briefings, and dashboards
- Identify and assess program resources for planning and execution
- Support the execution of day-to-day program operations
- Monitor emerging policy, research, and best practices in Veterans mental health and suicide prevention
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in program analysis, program evaluation, or healthcare program management
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Public Health, Health Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a closely related field required
- Prior experience supporting VA, VHA, or other federal health agency programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA PIV credential and complete required background investigation
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing program evaluation frameworks, performance measurement plans, and written reports or executive-level briefings
