Job Description

Strategic Program Manager managing customer-specific programs at Jabil. Collaborating with Sales and Product Management Teams to enhance sales enablement and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly sales and inventory metrics
  • Represent and communicate Velocity's culture, values, and value proposition
  • Provide immediate and reliable solutions to customer needs
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales data, including contracts, quotations, rebates, and customer interactions
  • Ensure strict program management of all VMI customer contracts
  • Oversee open order reports daily to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Maintain appropriate and agreed inventory levels and manage aged inventory
  • Manage customer escalations and involve Velocity personnel as required
  • Identify and close shortage requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with specific suppliers

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in a sales related field
  • 5-8+ years sales experience and/or sales program management
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, account management, CRM
  • Substantial product knowledge
