Job Description
Strategic Program Manager managing customer-specific programs at Jabil. Collaborating with Sales and Product Management Teams to enhance sales enablement and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly sales and inventory metrics
- Represent and communicate Velocity's culture, values, and value proposition
- Provide immediate and reliable solutions to customer needs
- Maintain detailed records of all sales data, including contracts, quotations, rebates, and customer interactions
- Ensure strict program management of all VMI customer contracts
- Oversee open order reports daily to ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain appropriate and agreed inventory levels and manage aged inventory
- Manage customer escalations and involve Velocity personnel as required
- Identify and close shortage requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with specific suppliers
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree in a sales related field
- 5-8+ years sales experience and/or sales program management
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, account management, CRM
- Substantial product knowledge
