Job Description
Talent Acquisition Business Partner managing end-to-end recruitment for Securitas, a global safety and security solutions provider. Supporting hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and strengthening employer branding across Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for each role
- Partner with hiring managers and act as a Recruitment Advisor
- Identify recruitment needs, agree on hiring strategies, and source high-quality candidates
- Create and post job openings across career sites, job boards, social media, and internal channels
- Proactively identify and approach passive candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
- Conduct screening calls and in-depth phone and video interviews
- Maintain Securitas Group’s positive image and deliver a strong candidate experience through final feedback
- Build and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies
- Support and drive employer branding initiatives, including social media activities, career fairs, networking events, and talent attraction programs
- Identify process improvements and enhance recruitment and candidate experience
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- German or French (or another European language) is a plus
- 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred in end-to-end recruitment processes in large international, complex matrix organizations
- Experience in volume recruitment for operational and business roles, preferably HR and Finance
- Practical knowledge of direct search and candidate sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with social media, including LinkedIn
- Strong knowledge of the Warsaw recruitment market
- Familiarity with international recruitment markets and local hiring nuances is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for building long-term relationships with international stakeholders
- Interest in new technologies, including AI-powered tools, and willingness to use them thoughtfully
- Can-do attitude and ability to take ownership
- Good organizational and time management skills
