Job Description
Virtual manufacturing recruiter supporting ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ client recruitment. Sourcing, screening, and connecting salaried professionals with meaningful opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Support a key client's business needs through full-cycle recruitment
- Connect motivated candidates with job opportunities and develop career pathways
- Build candidate pipelines and client relationships using social networks and industry communities
- Own workload and deliver recruitment metrics and commitments
- Market, screen, assess, and present candidates based on role competencies and skills
- Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through an exceptional hiring experience
- Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and the dynamics of the local labor market
- Educate clients on labor and workforce management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for professional salaried positions in a manufacturing environment, including production supervisors, HR, and process engineers
- Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Workday experience preferred
