Job Description

Technical Account Manager at Hopper serving as primary technical liaison for B2B partners. Assessing client issues and collaborating with engineering teams for timely resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for multiple B2B partners
  • Translate partner inquiries into structured, actionable requests
  • Provide clear updates, timelines, and expectations
  • Assess and validate reported issues before escalating to engineering
  • Manage and prioritize requests across multiple partners simultaneously
  • Improve intake workflows, templates, and triage mechanisms
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, supply, and Customer Experience teams

Requirements:

  • Technical fluency (APIs, logs, data analysis, SQL) and an analytical mindset
  • At least 5 years of experience working in mid-stage SaaS or B2B platform companies that sell to enterprise clients
