Job Description
Technical Account Manager at Hopper serving as primary technical liaison for B2B partners. Assessing client issues and collaborating with engineering teams for timely resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for multiple B2B partners
- Translate partner inquiries into structured, actionable requests
- Provide clear updates, timelines, and expectations
- Assess and validate reported issues before escalating to engineering
- Manage and prioritize requests across multiple partners simultaneously
- Improve intake workflows, templates, and triage mechanisms
- Collaborate with product, engineering, supply, and Customer Experience teams
Requirements:
- Technical fluency (APIs, logs, data analysis, SQL) and an analytical mindset
- At least 5 years of experience working in mid-stage SaaS or B2B platform companies that sell to enterprise clients
