Job Description

Territory Sales Manager selling Ki Mobility, Convaid, R82, STAR, and Klaxon complex rehab products. Managing San Francisco accounts, clinician education, sales targets, and territory travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts in the designated San Francisco territory
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to achieve territory sales targets
  • Establish and maintain professional customer relationships
  • Manage business expenses within travel policy guidelines
  • Analyze territory and market potential using Qlik, KIO, Asset Panda, and other company technology
  • Provide market-needs information and product-improvement input
  • Manage key accounts and product-segment market penetration
  • Explain product features, clinical benefits, pricing, and reimbursement requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and movement tracking for the territory sample fleet in Asset Panda
  • Define product-category sales strategies to meet or exceed goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments on new and existing products
  • Schedule and conduct weekly clinical in-services for customers and clinicians
  • Attend trade shows and assist with exhibition stand setup
  • Provide data analysis and reporting as requested
  • Organize travel call patterns and appointment calendars for efficient territory coverage
  • Travel daily and overnight throughout the designated territory, including 2–3 or more overnight stays per week depending on territory size
  • Follow safety, quality, company standards, and company values
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in a clinical field (OT, PT, Kinesiology)
  • 3-5 years of experience in the complex rehab industry
  • Experience and proven ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
  • Intermediate level experience with computer applications
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding of market potential, profit margins, contract development, and negotiation
  • Strong presentation, analytical, written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to attain and/or exceed sales goals
  • Ability to lift, handle, load, and unload products, including wheelchairs
  • Intermediate skills using Word, Excel, and enterprise software
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Ability to work extended hours, including weekends
  • Valid driver's license must be possessed and maintained
  • ATP certification is preferred
  • Clinical or sales experience or ATP certification is highly preferred
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the position
